New Shoe Invented to Improve Blood Circulation in Diabetic Patients.

It looks like a shoe, but it does more than you would expect. It's called DB Shoe, and it's the latest invention of Sebastian Bruce, a graphic designer entrepreneur/inventor who wants to help his diabetic brother have a better circulation of blood, will be officially demonstrated to the news media on February 15, 2008, at 1:00 p.m.

In 1998, after seeing his cousin die of diabetes and his brother diagnosed with the disease, Bruce decided to find a solution to ensure that his brother overcame the disease. He did extensive research to better understand the cause of diabetes and how to cure it. It took the 33 year old native of Togo, West Africa, 9 years to perfect his invention.

In 2007, he successfully created DB Shoe, a new revolutionary shoe that will improve his brother's life, as well as that of other diabetics: "I want to help improve the lives of those currently suffering from diabetes," stated Bruce.

Over the years, Bruce has also invented several other items, from board games to health machines. One of his major inventions is TsegBall, the latest game that's keeping children active in school, (pronounced SEG-ball), a non-contact, co-ed sport, played in schools, recreation centers, used in therapy and also by the US military . Bruce has also written several books, including Sheena & Friends, First Day at School. Bruce is currently working on 2 projects: SPACE WOW, which is a new game for future Mars travelers; and ICE TENNIS, which is a combination of tennis and ice hockey, with specially designed balls, rackets, and other equipments.

Bruce is constantly working on new ideas, and DB Shoe is currently one of his biggest Inventions.
